Terms & Conditions



Any session that is cancelled on our behalf will be made up at the end of the term.

Bliss Gymnastics reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Parents are not permitted to stay and watch the classes as this can disrupt the sessions.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

Bliss Gymnastics or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

Children to be dropped and collected from the Hall door. No child to walk out to car park alone- this is not the coaches responsibility.

Children not to be dropped off before their class time or collected late.

Children to wear uniform (Bliss Gymnastics t-shirt/ Bliss Club Leotard) to each class.

Hair must be fully tied up. Strict no jewellery policy.

Gymnasts to bring a drink.

All gymnasts must be bare footed/ or wear gymnastics shoes in class.

All gymnasts must be toilet trained. All Gymnasts must be able to listen and follow instructions- this is in the interest of safety for both the child and coach.

All gymnasts/ parents/ guardians must speak to coaches with respect. Any rudeness etc will not be tolerated.

ALL accidents must be reported to a coach and recorded in the Incident Log or Accident Book.

Gymnasts must notify a coach of any injury or medication being taken BEFORE the commencement of the session.
